How to make particle accelerators more compact and powerful?

Have you ever thought about the possibility to create the Higgs boson by simply spinning or rotating the electrons? Or pumping the same energy, what the LHC pumps to the electron by moving it to electrons, what is in the stable positions. If that thing is sometimes possible, the system would be more compact and powerful.

The system might have two parts

1) The magnetic chamber, where the electrons are spinning or rotating

2) The antimatter-matter reaction chamber, where the extra energy will create by using matter-antimatter collision

In that case, the rotating electrons would be over the layer, and around them would happen the antimatter-matter collisions. The radiation that comes out from those collisions would pump energy to those electrons as well as the system, which rotates them to high-speed rotating.

In that more compact system the energy of annihilation would conduct to rotating electrons, and they could turn to Higgs boson. But a more fascinating tool would be the system, which just rotates the electrons in the laser ray.

The use of antimatter lasers and high-energetic magnetic fields will give also an extremely powerful energy load for the electrons. In antimatter lasers, the system uses antimatter for creating light for the laser ray.

But also regular lasers can be used in that kind of system. If this kind of system is possible to create, they can turn the particle accelerators more compact and powerful than ever before. In that kind of system, the electrons and positrons are put to rotate, and this system would preload energy to those particles.

But theoretically, the Higgs boson can create by just rotating the electrons. The system just requires so much energy, that it is hard to make.

In that case, the energy that turns the electron into the Higgs boson would just make the electron rotate so fast that it would make the same effect as the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in CERN. If that thing is possible someday, there is the possibility to miniaturize the LHC.

If the Higgs boson can be made simply rotating the electron, that means that the LHC would fit on the corner of the office of nuclear researchers. And that thing can make a revolution in nuclear research. Theoretically, this thing is possible.

The same energy level, that LHC uses can pump in the rotating electron. And that should turn the electron to Higgs boson the same way with the LHC, but the system would be more compact. If the electron would turn to the Higgs boson in the chamber by rotating it, that thing can simply conduct to the small-size particle accelerator.

And then the collision tests by using the Higgs boson can be made. The problem with those tests is that the existence of the Higgs boson must be long enough that the interaction of that particle can be measured.
