What can we learn about Alan Turing's way of making the first computer?

Way to practical solution goes through theory. And at first, we must ask, what is the value, that new product can give us? Then we must realize the value of the product. If we are finding value. We must start to make intensive study-work with the product. The MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is the thing that determines, are the first leads choosing the new product of the probably quite unknown company.

Getting the first customers is the biggest problem for start-ups. There is a link to the article about MVP below this paragraph. And the thing what I must say is that the first customers must feel that benefits of the new product are rising higher than the use of benefits of a well-known product, and that allows to take the risk.

The sales for the first products are the path to mass production of the product, and marketing is successful. If those things are not successful or the product is not good, that is the end of the company. And the incoming money flow should be higher than the payments of the working spaces, loans, and other things, that are involving in business life.

In the case of the start-up company, the first contracts are the things. That is determining the survivability of the company. When the money flow is negative, that thing pumps money out from the company. The negative money flow causes that the company must stop its work and end its work.

The new companies are extremely vulnerable in that kind of situation because start-ups have no large-scale money storage. The old companies can resist the losses longer time, but no company cannot make losses endless. That thing causes the end of money and sooner or later result of the losses in bankruptcy.

The R&D process must base the carefully modeling and finalizing products.

The R&D (Research and Development) always base the idea that before anything is made the first thing is to make the theoretical model. Then the model will start to turn the product after a long and hard modeling process. Turning a theoretical- or virtual model into a product is not always an easy process.

In one of the most unique ideas, the delivering cars of the delivering company are equipped with 3D printers. That allows the sender of the merchandise sends the CAD drawing to the system. Then the van just parks at the front of the door of the receiving person. After that system prints the merchandise that is sent through the delivery company. That thing makes it possible to turn the marketing phrase "send the merchandise by mail" to the form "send merchandise by email" to real.

Computers are the key element in modern society. They are the brains of the systems and that makes them critical. The R&D process is one of the most interesting and hardest processes in the world of industry. The fact is that computers seem meanless, but they helped to break the German Enigma codes. But it can also make it possible to calculate the trajectories for the ammunition.

Alan Turing's focus for making a computer is theoretical. He believed that the models are things, that are making it possible to create the machine, which brought a revolution in the world. The Turing's computer was just tape, where were the marks for actions. And the input-reading device, which is controlling the bombe, a mechanical calculation device, was used to crack the German codes.

The bombes were pathfinders for the first electronic computer called ENIAC. In the same way, as Turing focused the work with early computers, we should focus the work on things like artificial intelligence and computer hardware. We must realize that the new era of independently operating, lonely working artificial intelligence-based systems require new hardware.

The fact is that computers are multipurpose tools. We know bombes as code-breaking machines, but the fact is that the same systems can be used also for calculating the azimuth of the cannons. And they can also calculate the abilities of the structures and other things. The first fully electric system ENIAC allowed to make the calculations for the "Manhattan program", which finalized the work of the first atom bomb.

The creators of ENIAC had the same problem with the modern researchers, who want to make quantum computers. The problem is how to input data to the quantum system? And how to get that data out from the quantum state?

If we want to make complicated software that requires very high-advanced hardware, which can drive the databases. And connect them to the very highly complicated entirety.

Like human brains or the skills that humans have. The skills that robots have are stored in databases. If there are multiple databases, that thing makes the system more flexible. That allows connecting more databases to the entirety. And every single database contains a certain skill. If the database is small in the case of damage the effect of damage is minimal.

If we want to make the systems which ability is very large-scale it requires complicated programming structures. That thing requires the connections of the millions or billions of databases, what is involving the actions for every single movement, what the computer must do.
