Can the ball-lightning be the naturally born electron crystal?

Can the ball-lightning be the naturally born electron crystal? This idea came to my mind when I saw that there has created the crystal is formed by electrons. So are ball-lightnings some kind of electron crystals? 

In the image above the electrons of the Wigner crystal are marked red, and they are above the semiconductor. The water molecule is polar, and it can also put electrons hover above it. 

So what if the water molecules in the drop are turned to the way, they can put electrons hover above the layer of the water drop? Or there is formed the electron layer in the water drop. The water molecules can form the quantum tunnel if they are turning their positive poles to each other. 

If there are negative electrons in that water structure, those electrons can act like glue, which keeps the positive poles of water molecules together. And that thing could be the phenomenon called ball-lightning. 

Researchers have created crystals by using electrons as the structure. That thing causes an idea that maybe the mysterious ball-lightning could be the electron crystal. And also electron crystal has shown that things like Fermion stars could form in the universe. 

The electron crystals, or structures, that are forming of electrons are proven to be real. That means that also bigger structures like Fermion stars can be possible if we are thinking about the possibility, how big that kind of electron structure can grow. There are many things, where the electron crystals can use if the structure of that thing is stable. 

The electron crystals are a blob of electrons, and those things can be used also in weapon solutions. In those systems, the electron crystal is shot against the targets by using particle accelerators. 

If the target is loaded by using plus polar electricity it pulls the electron crystal to it. That means the electron crystal cannot miss the target. And that thing makes it perfect ammunition. In that case, the electron crystal is acting as the artificial ball-lightning, which can have a powerful energy load. 

Researchers have created crystal, that consists of only electrons. The electron crystal can be the key to the new type of quantum- and traditional microchips. In this model, the electrons are transporting electricity or acting as qubits travel between the layers of the electrons. 

This kind of system would base the idea, that the stable electrons are pushing the moving electrons in the middle of the channel, and that thing is one of the things, that are making the new electron crystal possible. The electron crystals can use as data storage, and they can be used to aim the traveling electrons.
