Information and butterfly effect. The hoax information can be acting as the information version of the butterfly effect.

When outcoming force to the system is stronger than friction or the energy loss the power of the energy in the system increases. The increasing level of energy continues until the system can deliver energy into some other component or object. 

The Lorentz Strange attractor is a system where the power increases if the outcoming power is higher than the power, which that system delivers. Theoretically the "Lorentz's Strange attractor" can take energy for spacecraft by using the cosmic radio waves. Another name for "strange attractor" is the butterfly effect.

If the antenna and electric system that is conducting energy to the power supply is superconducting. The only way to remove the energy is to conduct it to the ion motors. or send it away in the form of radio waves. If the system cannot deliver energy out from it.to some other object, the energy level is increasing. And in outer space, there are no other objects the energy can conduct. 

But the information can act like Lorentz's strange attractor or butterfly effect. When it travels in the circuit, that thing increases the power or brightness of information and turns it clear. So that can turn the hoax into the real thing. 

Even some system is a hoax at the first the information would make the thing, what would turn the system possible. When information is traveling on the internet, that means the information is also changing. And that is one of the most interesting things in the world of information and R&D (Research and Development) processes. 

When the information is traveling in the chain of the people. Everybody in the row or the chain put something own in that kind of information. So the fact is that the information is turning stronger, and sooner or later there is something or somebody who starts to think that the idea is good. 

When we are thinking that something was impossible about 100 years ago, that doesn't mean that the same thing is impossible today by using modern knowledge, computing, and materials. Then something that has been hoax a long time ago turns into a real thing. And history knows many cases, what has been hoaxes before they suddenly turn real. 

The list is long, and the last thing that we can connect to those list things like artificial intelligence quantum computers, nuclear reactors, space rockets, space shuttles, satellites, and GSM-telephones with the capacity to stream films. Those kinds of inventions seemed impossible until some people made them real. 

And that thing is one of the most remarkable things in the history of inventions and information. At the beginning of the R&D process, the thing might be the "small talk" about the possibility to create something. And then somebody is making research is that thing possible. Finally, the project is starting.
