Was the Nazi Bell meant for a time machine? Or was it some kind of weapon system?

Was The Bell (or Nazi Bell) some kind of antimatter bomb?

There is introduced a theory that The Bell was some kind of antimatter bomb. The system would cover an extremely thin gold layer, and if the high voltage ions or electrons will send through that layer, there is the possibility that "The Bell" can create the antimatter. 

The electrons would shoot through the gold layer by using a very high-power electric load and the anode electricity can be connected to the gold layer. This kind of system could be extremely devastating. The fact is that nobody knows what The Bell was but sometimes is introduced the possibility that this mysterious machine, could be the business card for the skills of German Scientists. 

The Nazi Bell or Die Glocke was one of the most notable and mysterious projects in the Third Reich, and nobody knows was ever more than a pile of paper. There are four versions of the explanation of the thing, what that system could be. There is the possibility that this theoretical system is made for slowing the SS execution for scientists. 

So The Bell was an idea to give the scientists change to survive by offering the system, that cannot work to SS-generals, who overseen the production order. That order meant that all people who worked in the military industry will be executed. 

1)  The Bell could be an electromagnetic rocket engine. The electric arc will ionize the air, and then the magnetic accelerators will drive it backward. 

2) The Bell could be an electromagnetic weapon like a microwave transmitter that is connected to the cathode tube, which can shoot electrons through the ionized air. The opposite rotating magnets will turn the ion flow to acting as an electromagnetic tornado. 

That thing could damage the electric supply and that is introduced the thing that caused the electromagnetic phenomenon during the Kecksburg UFO incident. So was the Kecksburg UFO the attempt to create the EMP weapon. That can close the enemy electric supply during the missions?

There is also introduced a theory, that this system is meant for brainwashing equipment, which will send the radio waves to the human nervous system. That system could be believed to turn enemy armies into following the nazi leaders. 

3) The Bell could be the plan of the time machine, where the quicksilver, which is put the magnetic accelerator will start to rotate in the magnetic accelerator at very high speed. If the power of the magnetic accelerator will be high enough, the speed of quicksilver can rise near the speed of light. 

And that thig causes the time dilation. At this point, some people believe that The Bell was like a business card. Some kind of demo, how capable persons those scientists were, and why the Western Allied should recruit them during "Operation Paperclip" and "Deep Water".

4) The Bell could be the antimatter bomb. The system could launch the electrons or negative ions to the thin gold layer. This is one of the most notable theories about the purpose of that strange machine. 

I wrote before about this same thing. There is no evidence that this system has ever been more than drawings and formulas on paper. Mostly this thing has been introduced as a hoax or at least semi-hoax.  The incredible-looking papers, but there is a long way from theory to a practical solution. The idea was good, but it was too hard to accomplish. 

The people who did that work are a mystery. The most introduced theory is The "Bell" project was overseen by SS General Dipl. Ing. Dr.Hans Kammler. The chief of SS secret weapon research.

Like every other secret project, but the real makers were somebody else. Probably the real persons who were behind this project were Heisenberg or some other physicist. Maybe the mystery of this thing is ever solved. And there is the possibility. That the answer is hiding in the archives of the Pentagon or The Russian military or intelligence authorities.
