There is no time in the world of photons.

We don't know anything about photons, except it is the only known particle that reaches the speed of light which is in vacuum  299792458 m/s. The fact is that the medium makes photons travel slower than they are traveling in the vacuum.

The measurement of the speed of the light is different than the predicted 30000000 m/s. And the "real speed of light" measured Albert Abraham Michelson (1851-1931)along with Edward Morley (1838-1923) in the Michelson-Morley experiment. Those measurements were the most accurate during their time.

So when we are seeing the accuracy of the measurement where the speed of light measured. We must ask how perfect the vacuum that Albert Abramhan Michelson used in his test was? And how accurate were his other equipment?

So does the difference between the measured and theoretical value caused that the photon has a mass? Today we must say that we don't know about the speed of light. If we want to measure the speed of light, we must use so high accuracy that we need to know the speed of light before that measurement.

If we want to analyze the Michelson-Morley experiment, we must go to the world where Michelson and Morley lived. The year 1881 was the golden age of the wild west and the quicksilver lamp was introduced in 1970, and year 1879 Thomas Alva Edison introduced the electric lamp, which used carbonized bamboo wire. So were Michelson and Morley used those lamps in their experiments? The fact is that the stable light requires a stable electric source. But Michelson and Morley had a chance to use electric light in their experiment.

The error in those tests seems somehow too small to be true. When we are looking at the Michelson-Morley experiment, we must think, what kind of equipment Michelson and Morley had in their hands in 1887? We must ask if the mechanic clock accurate enough for measuring the differences in the times what light travels in the trajectories. And were their light sources stable either?

And is the mechanic system like the objective enough high accurate that Michelson can observe those differences? By using an atom clock and light-cell operating shutter the Michelson-Morley experiment is quite easy to make. But somehow that test was successful. The test is explained at the link below.

We know that the system. That used in the Michelson-Morley experiment was not accurate enough for that measurement. Michelson couldn't see and measure the differences between the time of flashes of light by using some mechanic clock and his eyes. So that thing makes me suspicious about the accuracy of that experiment.

Because photon is traveling with the speed of light, the time on that particle is stopped. This is one of the most interesting things in the world of physics. Some people have introduced that there could be civilizations, that are living forever. Because they have created the giant particle accelerator, there is the ringworld inside it.

This giant megastructure would build around the star of the solar system, and the acceleration magnets of the particle accelerator would put the ringworld inside it to rotate inside the particle accelerator. The ringworld has two layers. The outer layer rotates and the inner layer, what stays in a stable position. This kind of system might seem futuristic or a little bit more futuristic than there is used to see.

Stopping the time is possible by accelerating the particles to the speed of light. But when we are thinking about the photon, the particle that transports light, we can think that the photon is forever, until it stops. But if the photon is stopping, that thing would cause that the time dilation ends. So what kind of particle will come out from the stopped photon.
