How to make solar panels, what can operate in low light conditions?



Nuclear power is an excellent power source, but the problem is that people are resisting it because of the pollution. So if we are thinking possibility to send the spacecraft to the other planets and use the long-enduring electric-powered drones for scientific and military recon missions. We must ask how to make those things without using nuclear power? 

Solar panels are excellent tools for that kind of thing, but the problem is that in low-light condition their power decrease. So that thing will limit the use of solar panels in the polar areas and long-term space missions that are gravitating outside the asteroid belt.  One version is to improve the power of the solar panels by using a light amplifier. Another version is to benefit the plasma that is orbiting planets. 

In some of the most impressive ideas, there is put the extremely large antenna outside the Kuiper belt, in the impact area, where cosmic radiation impacts the particle flow from the sun. That system can collect energy from the ion flow, and send it to the Earth by using maser- or laser rays. 

New solar panels are more effective than ever before. The new holographic light collectors allow the creation of smaller and more effective solar panels. Those solar panels can use to create electricity for the small-size robots by using solar panels, and the solar panels can operate in lower light. 

So that means the new solar panels can be used at the new research equipment for creating electricity for them. Those robot systems can operate underwater and polar conditions collecting data about the environment. 

The same solar panels can also be used to give power to the small-size drones, which are collecting data on the atmospheric phenomenon.  Or those drones can also be used in recon and intelligence missions. They might have laser scanners or long antennas for collecting the radar signals. Those antennas can be pulled in when they are not needed. 

What would you do with the mirror, which reflects 100% of the light? There is a possibility to make the light collector for the solar panels by using that kind of mirror. There is the possibility to make the hologram between those mirrors, which can collect energy from the outcoming solar light. That kind of system allows the probe uses solar power farther away from the sun. 

The hologram can also collect energy. The outcoming radiation will increase the light force of the hologram, and solar panels can use that type of system for boosting the power of the solar light. 

But if we are thinking about the possibility to use the ion flow as the power source, we could benefit from the plasma as the power source. The planets like Jupiter have extremely strong plasma fields around them, and probes can drop the antenna for collecting energy from that plasma field. That thing will increase the operational time of the spacecraft that is sent to that planet.
