Internet and destruction

Internet is a fantastic tool for searching and analyzing data. But the problem with that thing is that it offers very much data, which is useless. Artificial intelligence can connect data from many sources, and make nice-looking curves and other things on the screen. 

It can show us the level of pollution, destruction of the rainforests, and everybody knows that the data can be very accurate. But the fact is that the data itself would not do anything. The data can turn into physical action if is it is controlling physical machines. And that thing means that the Internet is only the tool, that can collect data and connect it with other data. 

That data can for the decision-making process, but the thing that makes the decision is always human. The fact is that artificial intelligence is always supporting the process, but if something concrete must be done the people would act as the controllers.  The people who are in the rule need data. And the data must have confirmation. So is the computer responsible for its actions? 

The computer makes only things programmed by humans. And that means the computer makes things, but does it realize what it is doing? For making physical things computer needs a tool called a robot. When the robot is making things, it doesn't exactly know what it does. In the databases of the controlling computers of robots are things like images of the tools and then each of those images is connected with the database, where is the series of the movements, what robot can use with every single tool. 

So for a computer putting the screw in the hole is operation, where it finds the point, what is the hole. Then it finds the screw and then it connects that thing with the screwdriver. After that the computer search for databases. In those databases is stored a movement series for the screwdriver and screw. Those series of movements must use to put the screw to the wall. Every single action, what a robot does is a series of movements.

But that thing is the only thing that the robot knows about its actions. If we are thinking that a robot would not take the gun, we must deny that thing. There might be an order, that guns are not allowed for robots in their program code. But the thing why the robot would not take the gun and start to use it. Is that we deny that thing. 

We might understand that the same robot which is used in building sites can be used as the robot soldiers. The same robot that can use drilling machines can also use guns. The fact is that things like machine guns can program in the memories of the robot by using different worlds. 

The machine gun can store the database of the computer by using the world "special drills". And this thing makes the robots so dangerous. Robots would not excuse their orders, and operators can remove the combat programs from the computers before the inspectors are finding them.
