Can the AI-driven society terminate the human ability to think and make their own decisions?

The idea of the artificial intelligence-driven society is that artificial intelligence will rise above its creators. That's why this kind of society is one of the things that are seeming absurd. Can humans deliver some part of the authority and decision-making process? The fact is: artificial intelligence is created by humans. And that thing means that we should be masters for our creatures. 

But artificial intelligence is can make society more effective and economic and environmental-friendly. It can adjust the energy production, that the loss of energy is minimum and the other thing is that artificial intelligence can guide people to use the resources by using the most effective methodology. But that thing requires that artificial intelligence has the code-base and other abilities that it can offer those decisions. 

The problem with computer programs is. They are made by humans who are writing the code. The code is the thing that controls the abilities of the computer program. If there is an error in the code-base the system cannot make anything right. 

Some futurologists have introduced that in the future the AI-based code-generators are replacing the programmers. The systems are working like automatic data collectors. 

The automatic data collecting algorithms are used to make the theses in some tests. The same automatic data-collecting algorithms can use to create computer programs automatically. The risk in that kind of process is that there is a minimum error in the program code. The system might have the wrong database linked to the vital point of the code. And that thing can cause problems in the actions, what the program should do.  

The major problem with artificial intelligence-based decision-making systems is that people are losing their will and ability to think about things. Artificial intelligence can make people the shallow thinking persons who are following the screen. And if people always make the decision that the system suggests on the screen.  The computer is turning into a real decision-maker that operates behind the scenes. 

If artificial intelligence is controlling society it can make that three ways. 

1) Artificial intelligence can give only suggestions, what people should do.

2) Artificial intelligence will make the decisions and people are following them.

3) Artificial intelligence would make decisions and actions at the same time. 

When we are looking at those models carefully, we must realize one thing. That thing is if the artificial intelligence adjusts the output of the powerplant, is not the same. If the system sends some robot police to the streets. 

The thing is that if the people should follow the orders of the artificial intelligence. That kind of idea doesn't mean that people should make everything that artificial intelligence is ordering. 

The problem with common artificial intelligence is that the code of that kind of program is extremely hard to drive. The complicated actions require complicated code. 

And the thing, what can make them work for the computers, what is diving artificial intelligence lighter is that the entirety of the program code can be in the different frames, where is the own program for every kind of actions, what the artificial intelligence should do. But as you know the creation of this kind of system is not without problems.
