The computerized wreath can be used as BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) and it can make it possible to control animals as well as robots.

In the world of neuroscience and neurocomputers is introduced the plan, that humans can connect to computers by using the wreath that is sending the radio signals through brains and that thing allows to make the quantum neural network "quite easily". In that case, the people are connected with computers by using this kind of equipment, what is not need surgical operations.
The system can send the radio waves through the brains to the receiver, which might be in the chair or cushion. The only thing that is needed is to put the transmitter and receivers on the opposite side of the head. The question about ancient computers is interesting. install without surgical operations.

microchips make it possible to make real "werewolves". The microchip
allows people to control animals by using the EEG transmission, which
allows seamless interaction between animals and humans.

brains of the controller. And the other chip, which is in the brains of
the animal can send the data back to the brains of the controller. The
drones can install those chips to the brains of wild animals, but there
is the possibility that the chips can communicate with brains by using
surgical operations.
The harness of dogs can equip with a
microchip, which gives the electric neural stimulation. This kind of
microchip can install also in the brains of the animals like sharks, and
that thing turns the shark into a robot, which can be controlled by
remote-control equipment. The microchip and computer can decode the
brain signals of the animal, and that allows sending their senses to the
computer screens.
Or if the person who controls the animal uses
the BCI, that thing allows turning animal so intelligent as a human.
The microchip allows that the brain can change the data wirelessly over
the internet, and that allows the human can control the animal remotely
like some kind of external body.
The other possibility is that
the dog or some other animal like a horse uses bits, that are sending
the EM-radiation through the neural system of that animal. If that kind
of system, what is easy to dress for every animal can be made, that
thing allows turning every animal in the including wild animals as the
robots, what are following the orders without excuse. And when those
animals are released from those systems, that thing would turn them back
to wild animals.
