The mysterious lights, which are connected with "paranormal activity"  are inspired by the quadcopter-based X-ray scanners, which is basing the idea that quadcopters are flying around the target and make the scan.

 Sometimes researchers are introduced to make quadcopter-based systems, which can make MRI or CT scans in remote areas. The CT scanner can very well be installed in quadcopters.  The quadcopters can fly around the target, and make the scanning like fixed systems. So those modular systems can be used to find injuries of humans, but they can make 3D-X-ray or radar images of buildings and other tools.

Some researchers have created an idea by using this image as a model about the system, that can scan people from remote distances by using quantum superposition and entanglement as the tool. The targeted person would be surrounded by using the quantum entanglement particles, which are moving up and down.

That radiation would make the quantum radar scan the object, what is the middle of those rays. So in some theories, the "mysterious lights", what are mysterious lights are the quantum entanglement systems, which are used to scan objects or the nervous system of the person. So if the "mysterious object is only light, that thing can be the quantum radar. Or it can just be the circle of ions around the object.

A high-tech version of the Xipe Totec

Have you seen Alfred Hitchcock's movie "Birds"? That movie tells about birds, what are attacking people. There is the possibility that the real birds are trained to smell something like clothes or gunpowder, and if those birds are loaded with high-power electricity, that makes them extremely dangerous. The birds can load with electricity on the platform and release it to air. When the bird is going to powder storage, that thing can cause a dangerous situation, when the electric load is erupting to the ground. And that thing can explode gunpowder.

Those areas are suspected of being the test site for some kind of special weapons like robot animals and electromagnetic systems. The term "skinwalker" means "something that comes to skin", and of course it is connected with Xipe Totec the Aztecs skinned god. There is the legend that if Xipe Totec has used some skin, and a human wears it, the human would get the force of Xipe Totec. The fact is that modern researchers are using this kind of legend to model their equipment.

The myth about the prohibition to eat pig meat is also sometimes connected with Xipe Totec. There is no proof of this kind of connection. But use the skin, what looks like a human allows the person to make undercover operations at the enemy lines.

The skin of the pig can use to make the suit, what looks like human skin. And if that skin has a rubber layer below it, it can dress like another skin of the person. If a person wears a mask below that suit. And in that mask is modeled the face of another person that the user of that mask can steal every identity in the world. So that is a very good and scary way to steal an identity. In some theories, Xipe Totec is some kind of electromagnetic phenomenon, that is turning people psychotic.

Sometimes is introduced that the mysterious Skinwalker is some kind of fungus or hybridized fungus, that is coming to nails, and gives electromagnetic impulses to the end of the nerves. The hybridization can be done by using neurons or microchips.

So the researchers might have tried to make this story true. If the person wears a high-tech jacket, what will give the electromagnetic stimulation to the human nervous system, that thing can change the way of the view of the world of that person. But there is the possibility that some systems are just surrounding targets by using plasma-filed, which allows giving electromagnetic systems the ability to take people or animals under the control.

Sometimes is introduced an idea to use things like birds like the "bio missiles". In those ideas, small birds are trained to smell things like microchips and ammunition. Then those birds are released to some area, and then they would be loaded with high power electric load. If the high-voltage birds are touching the microchip like a GSM-support station, it will send a high-power electric shock to that target. This system is inspired by the Hitchcock movie "Birds".

The Pine Gap area in Australia is also a very mysterious place, that is used to test electromagnetic weapons. Officially that station is part of the "Echelon system", but it can be used to test high-energetic microwave and EMP weapons.

But how far the operators went during tests of those systems. There are mysterious cave paintings near that area, and there are two ways to think about that mysterious place. There is the possibility that the place of that plant is chosen because of those paintings. Or some other theories is that those paintings are connected with the Pine Gap plant. There is the possibility that in those plants is tested the ability to control animals by using plasma or other electromagnetic fields.
