Getting observations from neutron stars is quite an interesting thing. The idea is that the radio waves from the neutron star are targeted to an electron or neutron cloud, and the system can try to quantum superposition the neutron star or transfer the oscillation of the neutron star to the particles, that are in the chamber.
Same way Hawking's radiation can transfer the oscillation from inside the black hole to particles, where that wave movement is targeted. But in that case, the system must find the point in the universe, where Hawking's radiation is traveling.
The material can transform to the wave movement, and that means material and energy are the same. The fact is that we cannot transform energy or wave movement back to the material, but because the opposite reaction when the material is transforming to wave movement is possible, there should be a reaction that turns wave movement to the material. So what is the wave movement?
What moves in wave movement? Is that thing some kind of movement of superstrings, the mysterious 2-dimensional structures, that are forming the entire material, like the Superstring theory claims? So if the material is the ball of yarn the wave movement is unraveled ball of yarn, and the wave movement is the straight superstrings or yarn.
So can things like electric or gravity fields be in two places at the same time? The fact is that we can create two fully identical gravity or electromagnetic fields by superpositioning electrons or some other particles in two places.
By using superposition is possible to get observations from inside the black hole. In that case, the Hawking Radiation would use to stress some electron cloud, and the sensors are detecting the oscillation of those particles. The same way the X-ray radiation from the black holes can use to make the particle clouds oscillate, and that oscillation can transfer information from inside the black hole.
If we want to make two identical but technically separated electromagnetic fields, we must just take an electron cloud, and then synchronize the oscillation of those electrons in both electron clouds in the same frequency. In that case, the synchronization could happen by shooting another electron cloud by using laser rays, and that thing makes the oscillation of the particles is transferring to another electron cloud.
