Is Dark Energy "only" wavelength, what cannot come through the plasma-bubble of the stars?

The question is: could Dark Energy be the wave movement, what just cannot pass the plasma bubble of the star, galaxy, or galaxy group? And could mysterious 3 kHz hum give us the tip about the form of the mystic Dark Energy, that rips the universe in pieces?

Did the Voyager 1 make that? Did it find the key to dark energy? Or some part of dark energy itself? When Voyager 1 found the cosmic hum in the 3 kHz frequency, that means it found invisible energy, the regular energy that cannot be seen from Earth. So when we are thinking that the "cosmic hum" is the invisible energy, we might start to think, what might be the form of the dark energy?

Is Dark Energy similar cosmic hum with the thing, that Voyager found? Is it the energy that travels outside the galaxy, but we cannot detect it, because it jumps out from the plasma bubble of the galaxy? Or maybe the dark energy is closer or farther than we expect. There is the possibility that hot dark energy is the wave motion that cannot just pass the bubble, that surrounds the stars. 

Or maybe we should be more careful, what we are writing. Maybe the scale of the dark energy is much bigger, and that wave movement travels outside the galaxy, and for detecting that thing, we should send the probe outside the galaxy. Or maybe we should just say that the hot dark energy is the wave movement inside the universe.

And the cold dark energy can be the energy, that travels outside the visible universe. If we are thinking that the universe is the grand plasma ball, there is the possibility that there are layers in the plasma, where some radiation cannot come through. Or maybe the other universes are ripping our universe in pieces. But the fact is that the cosmic hum is the tip, that the Dark Energy could be the radiation, what cannot just pass the plasma layers of the Sun.

There are also electron clouds around the plasma, which means that there could be radio frequencies, that people cannot detect, because those signals cannot reach the Earth. And if the radiation would jump out from the plasma layer, that means that observers inside the plasma-ball cannot detect that energy.
